Freak wind storm hits Cleveland, Ohio

Cuyahoga County, Ohio, 1857
A violent freak wind storm struck the city of Cleveland in the late afternoon and evening.  Carriages were overturned, buildings damaged, and at least one death was reported.  (By John Osborne)
