    Interesting Decision.

Oliver vs. Kauffman. – The decision of the Supreme Court in this case, the facts of which are well known to our readers, will be found entire in the preceding columns. It will be read with interest. The case was argued before the Supreme Court by Wm. M. Biddle, Esq. for Oliver, and Messrs. Hugh [Gaullagber?] and Hon. Thaddeus Stevens, for Kauffman. Its merits, and the distinguished ability displayed by Counsel on both sides, made the case one of the most interesting that has come before the Supreme Court during its present term. The opinion of the Court was delivered by Judge Coulter. – Some errors which appeared in the Ledger’s reprint of it, are corrected in our paper.
