    DANGER OF THE CAPITAL.

The telegraph brings further assurances of the existence of a secret military organization, whose purpose is the seizure of the National capital before the fourth of March next. We call attention to the fact for the purpose of again urging upon the loyal States of the Union the necessity of taking immediate steps to meet the insurgents with an overwhelming force. Many of the Legislatures of these States are now in session, and others will be next week. Let these take immediate steps to organize the Militia, and put their respective States upon a war footing. There is no time to lose.
