BROWN'S VIRGINIA COUNSEL.-Lawson Botts, the counsel for Brown and his confederates, a correspondent says, is a son of the late General Thos. H. Botts of Virginia, and nephew of John M. Botts and the Princess Catharine D. Murat, of Florida. His mother is a grand niece of General Washington. Mr. Botts is said to be a young lawyer who relies on his profession for subsistence, and a man of good ability and spotless character.
