    Brutal Murder near Oswego.

    OSWEGO, Tuesday, Aug. 25.

    An [old?] gentleman named JOSHUA HIBBARD, formerly a drummer in the U.S. Service, living on a farm in the vicinity of this city, was most brutally murdered last evening by a man named DENIS SULLIVAN. SULLIVAN has been arrested. No cause has been assigned for the deed.
