FROM CARLISLE
CARLISLE, Oct. 24.
A lady calling herself Cook’s sister, accompanied by the men, arrived here this morning. She says that the man under arrest is not Cook. The prisoner is to have a hearing to-morrow. He denies being one of the Harper’s Ferry men. Parties are expected to arrive here to-morrow to identify him.
