Fire destroys part of central Bath in upstate New York

A swift and destructive fire quickly consumed buildings and businesses in the town of Bath in upstate New York causing around $75,000 worth of damage.  Starting in a small shoe factory, very high winds spread the fire to several blocks in the town before it burned out.  There were not injuries reported.  (By John Osborne)
