New Anglican Cathedral in Montreal holds its first service

The new Anglican Christ Church Cathedral in Montreal opened for the first time to worship with around 1,500 people attending the morning communion service.  Designed by Frank Wills, it replaced the original cathedral lost to fire in 1856.  (By John Osborne)
