Undetered by heavy snow, women shoe worker strikers parade in Lynn, Massachusetts

The women shoe workers had joined the Lynn strike a few days after it began and on this day marched in a "Ladies Procession" in the town.  That morning had seen a heavy snowfall in the area but the women paraded through the drifting snow carrying banners proclaiming support for their cause.
