Near New Haven, Connecticut's 2nd National Guard Regiment winds up its annual camp with a dress parade

The Second Regiment of the Connecticut National Guard wound up its summer camp with a review and a dress parade at Camp Russell outside New Haven.  The festivies began at four o'clock in the afternoon with a dress parade two hours later before their dismissal and the annual banquet celebrating the regiment's forty-ninth anniversary.  The camp broke up the following day.  (By John Osborne)
