GERMANS! Can you support those who have sworn to deprive you of your rights and privileges? Will you do dishonor to the memory of you sires, who sleep beneath the green sod of your “faderland” by supporting those who have stigmatized them and you as felons and paupers? Will you sacrifice those who have defended you against the abuse and opprolarium of the very men who are now soliciting your suffrages? Stand by those who have befriended you, and repel with scorn the approaches of those inimieal to your best interests. Demonstrate that gratitude is one of the components of your nature.

GET OUT A FULL VOTE. – One of the most important considerations on the day of the election is for our friends to poll their entire vote. --- Let the active and energetic men visit the indifferent, if any such there be, and prevail upon them to go to the polls. We have strength enough to carry the country by a handsome majority, and all that is necessary to do it is to get out a full vote.

Go to the Polls Early. – Vote early in the day. Circumstances may transpire that will prevent your attending the polls at all, if you postpone until late in the day. Take your friends to the polls with you. Leave none at home. Upon one vote may depend the success or defeat of some of your candidates. Let non inaction or indifference endanger any one on the ticket, but go to the polls early, ahd work all day.
