Moncure Conway enters Harvard Divinity School in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he will train to become a Unitarian minister. While in Massachusetts, Conway will meet Henry David Thoreau, Ralph Waldo Emerson, William Lloyd Garrison and other prominent intellectuals.
