Fifth National Women's Rights Convention held in Philadelphia

The fifth National Women's Rights Convention was held at the Sansom Street Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Ernestine Rose sat as presiding officer and the work of the convention was heavily involved with planning petition drives to state legislatures. (By John Osborne)
