EAST FELICIANA PARISH, situated on the northerly boundary of that portion of Louisiana which lies east of Mississippi river. Area, 560 square miles. Soil fertile. Seat of justice, Clinton. Pop. in 1830, 8,247; in 1840, 11,893; in 1850, 13,598.
