Heydrick, Charles

Charles Heydrick was born on September 20, 1832 in Flourtown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Dickinson he led a company of volunteers as a captain in the Civil War and taught in Oakland, Maryland as well as Bridgeville, Delaware. He married Sallie (alternately Sarah) P. Cannon on January 21, 1863 and died on May 11, 1874 in Bridgeville. (By Brandon Rothenberg)
