Harris, Thomas Maley

Thomas Maley Harris was a Union general born in western Virginia (present day West Virginia) who served on the military commission that tried Lincoln's assassination conspirators in 1865. During the 1870s, Harris served in the West Virginia state legislature while former Dickinson student John J. Jacob was governor.
