    Workings of the Underground Railroad.

    PHILADELPHIA, July 24.

    Yesterday the abolitionists succeeded in kidnapping, and spiriting away another negro slave, who had just arrived here from Cuba with his master, a young Cuban recently a prisoner in Cuba for his connection with the fillibusters, but who managed to get on board the brig. Gen Taylor at Cardonas, and escaped to this country.
