Justice Robert Grier dies in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Justice Robert Cooper Grier dies in Philadelphia. Grier had retired from the court earlier in the year because of poor health due to paralysis caused by several strokes. At the time of his resignation he was the oldest judge on the bench. (By Joanne Williams)
