Treaty negotiations successfully conclude the late war between France, Austria, and Piedmont

The series of treaties between the belligerents of the war earlier in the year involving France, Austria, and Piedmont-Sardinia were concluded at Zurich in Switzerland.  The treaties would be signed later in the month.  (By John Osborne)
