Famous trotting horse Flora Temple breaks world record for the mile in Kalamazoo, Michigan

The famous trotting horse Flora Temple once again broke the world record for the mile distance in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Driven by James D. McMann at a pace of just over two minutes and nineteen seconds, she lowered her own record set earlier in the month in Cincinnati by more than a second.  (By John Osborne)
