WHO ARE THE COOKS IN PENNSYLVANIA? – We have good reason to know that Forney will be excluded from any participation in the spoils of Pennsylvania resulting to the republican party from the election of Lincoln. It is definitely settled that he has been already sufficiently rewarded by the Clerkship in the House of Representatives, and he is neither to taste, handle nor touch any of the fat things provided for the great republican feast which is to come off after the 4th of March. The principal men who will have the control of the distribution of the federal offices in Pennsylvania are Morton McMichael and Simon Cameron.
