PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 3. – A special Washington dispatch to the North American says: “It is well known in fillibustering circles that another formidable expedition is preparing against Nicaragua. A portion of the expedition has already succeeded in leaving New York and Charleston, but the parties will make no suspicious demonstrations until all the plans are matured and the full force is upon the spot ready for action. Colonel Wheat, now in New York, will now have an important position in the new crusade. These facts can be implicitly relied upon, and our Government should be awake to their importance.”
