Dawson, Owens

Owens Dawson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania around 1826 and served in the 25th United States Colored Troops. Before he joined Company B as a Sergeant on December 31, 1863, Dawson worked as a waiter. He received a promotion to Quartermaster Sergeant on February 27, 1864. In December 1865 Dawson was mustered out of service. (By Don Sailer)
