    Reception of Colored Troops.

    HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 14. – A grand reception was given to the colored troops to-day. They made a parade, and halting before the residence of Gen. Cameron, listed to his address thanking them for their services in crushing the rebellion. The procession then marched to the Capital grounds, where Prof. Day, of New York, delivered an oration, in which he discussed the attitude of colored men before and during the war, and the prospect before them of personal improvement and social elevation, and the acquirement of political rights and equality among the governed, as well as those who govern. A grand ball this evening, closed the celebration.
