MR. Bowe--I rejoice to learn by your paper that a Woman's Rights Convention has been held lately at Seneca Falls. Success to the cause in which they have enlisted! A railroad speed to the ends they would accomplish! A Convention is one of the best means of awakening attention to the subject.
