    April 5th Looked about town: met some Methodists. In the afternoon went up to take to see Sister Wilson abt. 2 m. hence. In the evening took tea at bro' Barry's. Miss Martha is quite a spry girl: lisps: pretty fat. Went with her out to choir practicing at Mrs. Mines's. Had a pleasant time.
