Dickinson College holds annual commencement ceremonies

Dickinson College, at its annual commencement ceremonies, grants baccalaureate degrees to nineteen members of the class of 1857.  Among the graduates is Thomas Nelson Conrad, a Virginian who will later serve with the Confederate Secret Service and be involved in a plot to abduct Abraham Lincoln.
