THE AUTHORS OF THE OUTRAGE. -  The Lancaster Examiner, to show who is responsible for the tragic violation of law in the Christian outrage, publishes the following resolutions, adopted at a public meeting, held Oct. 11, 1850, in Bartlett Township, within three miles of the place where the murder was committed.  The fugitive slave law had just been passes:

Resolved.  That the highest principles of justice and humanity, as well as the fundamental principles of Christianity, require that we should no assist in the recapture and return of a fugitive from slavery, and that in a choice between our obligations to these principles and to any law in opposition to them, we cannot for a moment hesitate to say we will obey no such law.

Resolved.  That we consider no individual, or individuals, have a right to keep any other individual or individuals in bondage; and that we will harbor, clothe, feed, and aid the escape of fugitive slaves, in opposition to the law.
