B., 1857; 1857, went to Texas and engaged in stock raising; 1862, entered Confederate States army, thirty-second Texas cavalry; hospital steward and medical officer; 1867, M. D., Long Island college hospital, Brooklyn, N. Y.; 1867-85, practiced medicine in Brooklyn; U. P. society. Died March 22, 1885, in Brooklyn, N. Y.
