CALHOUN MONUMENT CELEBRATION. – By an advertisement in another column, it will be seen that, on the 28th instant, the patriotic and interesting celebration of laying the corner-stone of CALHOUN Monument is to take place. Our city Military, the Orders of Masons and Odd Fellows, &c., are notified to attend, and we expect to see a general turnout of all our citizens.
