I went to the methodist church at Mt Zion where I heard young Mr Chaney lately a graduate at Dickinson College. In my humble opinion he did very well for a beginner. Some thought differently- He took his text from the parable of the "Prodigal Son"; the starting text with most young preachers. In the evening heard Mr Morsell at the school house.
