Abolition School Teachers.
A bill was introduced in the Alabama Legislature on Wednesday, by Mr. Adams, to protect the State against Abolition teachers. It provides that County Superintendents of Public Schools, shall not issue licenses to any person, male or female, to teach school, unless the applicant has been a resident of the State for ten years.
