Located at 450 East Strawberry Street Lancaster, PA 17602. The Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Cemetery is the burial ground of over 15 black Civil War veterans. The cemetery is connected to Lancaster's Bethel AME Church, founded in 1817. (By Rebecca Solnit)
