AID FOR DISUNION. – We understand that Ex-Councilman KERRIGAN, who has been engaged for some weeks in raising companies of men in this City, for service against the Federal Government, has returned within a day or two from South Carolina, which he visited for the purpose of concerting some effective plan of operations with the Disunionists of that State. What plans were matured it is impossible, of course, to say. But we have reason to believe that promises were made, which are to be fulfilled by movements in this City, upon which it will be prudent for the Federal authorities and the Grand Jury to keep an eye.
