RETURN OF FUGITIVES. - We understand that the seven negroes, belonging to Miss Susan L. Hatcher, who ran away last Saturday night, have all returned. It is said that on reaching the Appomattox river, the vessel that was to take them off was not to be found, and hence they had no alternative but to come back. They will hardly get a chance to run away again. The underground railroad is in a bad way just now. - Richmond Whig, Thursday.
