PRESIDENT BUCHANAN AGAINST THE PENSION BILL. – The President, says the Washington Star, does not approve of the Pension Bill which recently [passed?] the House, but believes that the admission of the principle it involves would open the door to such unlimited claims as to bankrupt the Government. It is hardly likely that the bill will pass the Senate.
