Senator Seward campaigns for the Republican Party in St. Joseph, Missouri

As part of his speaking tour in support of the Republican ticket, Senator William H. Seward spoke in Missouri and then Kansas.  He had arrived in St. Joseph, Missouri the night before, spoke to around 2000 people that evening and left the next morning for Leavenworth.  From there he went on to Topeka and Lawrence.  (By John Osborne)
