    Disturbance in Philadelphia.

    PHILADELPHIA, Friday, Nov. 6.

Some excitement was occasioned in town today, by a gang of about a dozen men armed with muskets, appearing in the streets, carrying a banner bearing the inscription, “We will protect the poor,” and with a loaf of bread pictured upon it. The police dispersed them and captured all their guns.
